Cheh Scheduled to Hold Utility Quality of Service Hearings Councilmember Mary M. Cheh’s Committee on Public Services and Consumer Affiars is scheduled to hold two public hearings on the quality of service provided by the local electric, natural gas, and telephone utilities on Thursday, February 7th at 10:00 am and Saturday, February 9th at 11:00 am.
