For most city services, you should log your initial request with the Mayor’s Citywide call center at 311 (formerly 727-1000). By doing this, you will be provided with a tracking number, which my staff can then use to work with the responsible agency when necessary. The intake caller at 311 can also provide you with very important information regarding the resolution of the problem. In addition, please note that while I understand that receiving parking citations can be a bother, and that tickets are sometimes wrongly issued, my office is not able to have tickets dismissed. We can assist, though, by providing information on the proper adjudication process and follow up with appropriate staff.
